How to make Marshmallow Fondant

Hey Bloggers!!

So Today my mom and i are starting the process of making a cake for this saturday. So i decided to share my favorite Marshmallow Fondant recipe for you all. To make the fondant it takes about 20 minutes to prepare and make so it's not that time consuming like making flowers. Down below i posted my recipe and instructions on how to make the marshmallow fondant and of course you already saw pictures on how it is made..... so what you waiting for go make Fondant!!!!

Marshmallow Fondant Recipe

8 or 10 Oz. Mini Marshmallow

2 Tablespoons Of Water

4 Cups of Powdered Sugar (you will need a 2 Pound Bag)

Add the Marshmallow to a microwave safe bowl and add the 2 tbsp of water, place bowl inside the microwave and start at 35 second, when you remove the bowl you will see that the marshmallow got a litte puffy, hold on don't add sugar yet!!! place the bowl once more into the microwave and add an extra 35 seconds, when it is done you will see the marshmallow got really smooth and liquidity. Now you are ready to add the sugar. STOP!! don't add the all 4 cups in , add one cup at a time leaving the 4th cup aside because you will use it to knead the marshmallow mixture into a ball. Once your fondant is ready you can starting using it or store it in the fridge wrapped in clear plastic wrap. In case you were wondering the fondant can last up too 3 weeks in the fridge after that i really dont recommend using it because it gets really hard and plus i dont like to use fondant that has been in the fridge for too long, but then again that's me.

Tips*- You can add flavorings and color to your fondant.

P.S. If you would like a how to video on making the fondant please comment below and dont forget to follow me!!!

Happy Caking!!!
